A chilling new video has emerged showing Cash App founder Bob Lee's desperate struggle for help after a brutal stabbing in San Francisco. The footage, obtained by the Daily Mail, captures the terrifying moment when the severely injured Lee collapses in front of an apartment building early Tuesday morning, with no one else in sight.

Initially appearing motionless and close to death, Lee managed to get on his knees and dial 911 using his bloodied cell phone, reportedly telling the operator, "Help. Someone stabbed me." In a harrowing scene, he tried to flag down a passing car by standing up and waving at it, clutching his stab wounds as he walked off, presumably in search of help.

Later in the video, Lee approached a car that had stopped at an intersection. Although it is difficult to discern exactly what transpired, Lee reportedly lifted his shirt to reveal his injuries to the driver while pleading for assistance. Shockingly, the driver sped off, leaving Lee stranded in the desolate street.

Police arrived on the scene to administer medical treatment, but Lee later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The unidentified attacker remains at large, with no known motive or indication whether the assault was random or targeted.

San Francisco Police Chief Bill Scott, during a Wednesday night press conference, declined to provide further details about the incident. A 4-inch-bladed kitchen knife was reportedly found in a nearby parking lot.

The shocking murder sparked outrage among prominent tech figures, including Elon Musk, who took to social media to express their concerns about the perceived increase in violent crime in San Francisco.

Bob Lee, a married father of two, was the creator of Cash App, a popular payment service that allows users to transfer funds using their mobile phones. Prior to his tragic death, the 43-year-old served as the chief product officer for MobileCoin, a cryptocurrency startup.
