Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow has visited Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao in Los Angeles on Saturday and reportedly spent a few rounds sparring in the eight-division champ's training camp, according to Forbes.

After ticking off curiosity among football fans by spending a few workout sessions with the Philadelphia Eagles to keep his hope for an NFL comeback alive, Tebow received a warm welcome and a hug from Pacman himself.

Freddie Steinburg, the latter's spokesman, said via AP that the two have known each other and share the same Christian faith. Tebow, born in the Philippines to evangelical missionary parents; while Manny, born and raised as a Catholic, now turned evangelical.

The two shared the meet-up with their respective followers by posting on their individual Instagram accounts photos of them together and acknowledging the faith they both uphold. Tebow captioned the photo with "Awesome being with my Filipino and Christian brother" while Pacman said, "Good to be with my brother in Christ."

Meanwhile, Floyd Mayweather has been racking up rounds of sparring sessions against southpaws in preparation for the fight that will put his unblemished 47-0 record on the line, come May 2 in Las Vegas Nevada.

According to Jeff Mayweather, Floyd's trainer and uncle, the unbeaten fighter has been dominating and knocking down his left-handed sparring partners, with former world champion Zab Judah as his most recent victim.
