Jaguar Land Rover will be introducing its newest variant of the Range Rover Sports named HST Limited Edition at the 2015 New York Auto Show. According to Digital Trends, although the newest variant is a no match to its 550 horsepower SVR counterpart who is known as the fastest SUV to ever lap the world renowned Nurburging, it will still be backed up by a powerful 380 horsepower supercharged V6 3.0 liter engine.

On an official statement released by Jaguar Land Rover's Vehicle Program Director, David Mitchell, the HST extends their Range Rover Sport line-up which offers customers with greater choices. The automaker executive also added that the HST will sit between their existing 340-hp Range Rover Sport 3.0-liter supercharged V6 and the 550hp supercharged models and the latest Range Rover Sports baby will deliver an enhanced V6 performance going with their renowned comfort and refinement of the Range Rover Sport.

The HST also showcases an additional power to the ground through a single-speed transfer case that features a Torsen Center differential. The center differential will use a 'Dynamic Mode' which makes drivers persuade the vehicle's suspension, electric steering, throttle and transmission to act more aggressively.

In addition, News Directory reported that the luxury brand also included a variety of aesthetic upgrades like a darker front and rear lamps, gloss black painted accents and a 21-inch alloys, which is only the HST has. The upgraded red brake calipers will also be very visible in between its satin grey. On top of the newest additions, the newest luxury SUV will also flaunt its Oxford leather seats, all Ebony door trims and an exclusive HST badge as well as a textured aluminum accents.

Of all the upgrades, the most interesting addition will be its 'InControl Remote' app. The app, through smartphones, will help the owners to basically 'interact' with their Range Rover with regards to fuel level, window and door lock status and pre-setting cabin temperature.

 'InControl Protect', which is an additional app feature, will be available too that activates a notification emergency services and will provide direct coordinates through GPS whenever an airbag is triggered.
