"Blank Space" hitmaker Taylor Swift, 25, collaborated with Madonna, 56, at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on March 29, Sunday, in a "Ghosttown" performance, in which the two musicians wore black thigh-high stockings.

Wearing a leather corset with a guarder, a silky tank and a distressed button-down, Madonna sang "Ghosttown" solo while Swift played the guitar, Hollywood Life reported.

After their performance of the "Rebel Heart" ballad, Madonna planted a thankful kiss on the Swift's cheek.

The surprise collaboration is said to be a promotion of not only Madonna's "Rebel Heart" album but also of Swift's highly anticipated "1989" world tour, which is starting in a few weeks, according to New York Post.

After the performance, Swift tweeted some of the lyrics of Madonna's new single, "When it all falls down, we'll be two souls in a ghost town.. *ugly cries forever* #MadonnaAndTaylor."

The 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards' Artist Of The Year also retweeted Madonna's tweet that reads, "Even with no light we're gonna shine like GOLD! Thank you again TS. #rebelhearts"

Swift's "Blank Space" won Best Lyrics beating John Legend's "All Of Me," OneRepublic's "Counting Stars," Tove Lo's "Habits (Stay High)," Sam Smith's "Stay With Me" and Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud."

Swift's "Shake It Off" is the Song Of The Year beating Legend's "All Of Me," Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass," Pharrell Williams' "Happy" and Smith's "Stay With Me."

For the Artist Of The Year award, Swift beat Smith, Iggy Azalea, Luke Bryan and Ariana Grande. Smith won the Best New Artist award beating Azalea, Trainor, Bastille and Cole Swindell.
