A teenager from Georgia had a heart transplant just two years ago but died in a car crash due to a police chase after he was fleeing from the cops using a car that matched the description of a woman who was invaded earlier.

The victim and alleged suspect was identified as 17-year-old Anthony Tremayne Stokes and he was driving a black Honda Accord that was reportedly involved in a home invasion hours before the car chase. Stokes died on Tuesday and police officials confirmed the incident.

According to the description of an 81-year-old woman, a person, most possibly Stokes, entered her home but was masked and fired at her before leaving the area with the said black car. Police officials then saw the car and searched for the license plate as it turns out it was stolen.

The officials tried to pull him over but Stokes drove away. The car was involved in a carjacking in Dunwoody on Tuesday, Fox News reported.

Police officials then went after Stokes but he reportedly lost control and even hit a female pedestrian before finally crashing. Stokes died at a hospital after he was removed from the vehicle by firefighters.

According to Syracuse, the mother pointed out that her son was not put on a waiting list at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta regarding the heart transplant because of his confrontations with the law. The said hospital initially feared that he will not take his proper medicines or be present during doctor's appointments.

His mother shared back in 2013 that she thinks her son was being punished because he was black and poor that is why the hospital won't put him on the waiting list. Media got word of the situation of Stokes and the hospital was publicized for refusing to put him on the list but due to the bad light, he was given a spot.

He was arrested just this January due to criminal attempt and possession of a tool that was involved in a car stolen from a parking lot at a Wal-Mart branch.
