Howe's adult step children are reportedly preparing themselves to sue the reality TV personality. Aside from the adult step children, there are no other surviving family members who can file a death lawsuit. However, it is now revealed that these children were not very close to the dead woman.

The two step children are consulting lawyers so as to gear up for the lawsuit, which is deemed as wrongful by Times Live. Their hired lawyers have reportedly told the pair to arrange as much photographic and other evidences as possible so as to show their closeness with Howe.

Legal experts have claimed that if the case comes in the court, the jury might award exorbitantly high amount to Howe's step children as damages. Daily Mail informed that Jenner, who is insured only up to $250,000, might have to seek financial assistance from his ex-wife Kris Jenner with whom he reportedly holds a  $125million fortune.

Meanwhile, the police sources have declared that it is quite unlikely that Jenner prosecuted by the Sheriff as he was not driving under any influence at the time of the crash. It was also proved that the step father of Kim Kardashian was not drinking, speeding or texting at the time of the fatal crash.

It is also reported that the woman who got accidentally killed in the car crash was socially very active and was a resident of the posh and exclusive community in Calabsas. However, not a penny of her fortune will go to her step children. The woman had entrusted a trust she has a trust with "millions" designated for charity, and other $55,000 was left to various animal charities according to her legal will.
