Samsung has experienced amazing success with its Galaxy S6 phones but it was the S6 Edge that has helped them impress customers with its curved screen. ZTE Nubia Z9, a competitor has arrived to beat it. 

The ZTE Nubia Z9 is a Chinese device which retains the popular bar design and comes with a curved screen on the edge. ZTE is a company which is popular in their home country but they are yet to make a mark on a global scale.

The company recently launched the Nubia brand, which focuses on premium quality smartphones and is now planning to compete with the biggest brand in the world, Samsung. 

A bunch of images have leaked which confirms that the Nubia Z9 smartphone uses a curved screen which is identical to the Galaxy S6 Edge model. The phone has an AMOLED screen and has a displayed measured at 5.5 inches.

The resolution of the screen is confirmed to at 1440 x 2560 pixels. According to a report by Phone Arena, the device sports a Snapdragon 64-bit octa core processor and has an efficient 3 GB of RAM on top of it. It should be more than enough to help users get through their daily communication needs and keep all apps highly responsive. 

Earlier report from GSM Arena confirmed that ZTE was planning to make a phone without side bezels but the newly leaked images show a curved screen. The device is probably aiming to compete against S6 Edge and it might sell because the brand is always known for offering flagship features at affordable rates.

Based on the multiple images of the devices that have got leaked recently, it is confirmed that the company is ready to launch the model real soon.
