4K content is yet to become widely available but early adopters including Youtube has started posting videos in this ultra HD resolution. Vizio now made it easier for people to consume them on their televisions by lowering the price tag to $600.

Samsung is the biggest market player in HD televisions followed by Panasonic, Sharp, and Sony. But, all these manufacturers always price their products much higher, especially when they launch new technology like 3D or higher resolution models.

Vizio broke the barrier a long time ago by launching televisions with 4K resolution at $1000. Most critics agreed that the manufacturer did not compromise on quality and it is a worthy purchase. They have further brought the price down with the new M-Series.

People could purchase a 43-inch television in the M-Series models for $600 while they could go for a massive 80-inch screen if their budget allows them to go as high as $1000, reported PC World. 

All the specific features that was found in the Vizio televisions launched in 2014 has been retained including the clear action and dynamic contrast ratio for crisp picture quality. The speakers have been bumped up so as to offer higher volume without having to connect a surround system to the television. 

The television comes integrated with ac wireless internet and has HDMI 2.0 ports. The Vizio TV has the capability to manually upscale 1080p content to 4K resolution, according to a report by Engadget. The features simplifies the process and makes it easier for users to enjoy movies, television series on their favorite channels until more 4K content rolls into the public domain.

At the moment, Netflix supports streaming at UHD resolution and a lot of popular Youtube channels share content in 2K, 4K resolutions which consumers could watch if they opt for a Vizio television. Pricing of UHD televisions from other major brands are expected to come down before the end of the year.
