"The Voice" Season 8 (2015) featured the performances of the top 12 artists in Week 2 of Live Playoffs performance episode aired on April 13. The remaining contestants performed in front of the four coaches-Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams-and common advisor Reba McEntire and American audience for the votes. This episode also introduced Instant Save feature. This element gives the artists in bottom zone another opportunity to impress the fans. And fans are allowed to save one of their favourite artists with the help of Twitter or official "The Voice" app.
The show kicked off with a performance by former "The Voice" advisor Nick Jonas. He performed his latest single "Chains." It was followed by the declaration of results. Host Carson Daly announced who were safe and who were in bottom three. Scroll down for results.
Team Blake took the stage along with their coach Blake Shelton to deliver a group performance. They sang "In the Midnight Hour" by Wilson Pickett. Another name of the artist who America saved with their votes was announced. It was followed by Team Christina's group performance. The artists and the coach sang classic "Hotel California" by The Eagles.
After announcing the last few names of the saved artists, Carson Daly declared the name of bottom three contestants. These contestants were also eligible for "Instant Save" performance. Mia Z from Team Pharrell and Brian Johnson and Deanna Johnson from Team Adam were in danger of getting eliminated.
Mia Z sang "Stormy Monday" by T-Bone Walker. Next up was Brian Johnson, who performed "Amazed" by Lonestar. The last performance of "The Voice" Season 8 (2015) Live Playoffs Week 2 Elimination Episode was delivered by Deanna Johnson. She sang "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars.

Competing in the top 12 were three contestants from each team. Meanwhile, Sawyer Frdericks from Team Pharrell, Meghan Linsey from Team Blake and Kimberly Nichole from Team Christina received iTunes Bonus for their Live Playoffs Week 2 performances. Mia Z from Team Pharrell and Brian Johnson and Deanna Johnson from Team Adam figured in Bottom Three. The one who was saved by "Instant Save" was Deanna Johnson from Team Adam. Mia Z and Brian Johnson were eliminated.

The abovementioned top 10 contestants move on to the next round of Live Shows and they will now compete in "The Voice" Season 8 (2015) Week 3 Live Shows airing April 20 at 8:00 pm on NBC. There will also be new mentors for each team. Dave Stewart will join Team Adam, Ryan Tedder will team up with Team Pharrell, Mark Ronson will mentor Team Christina and Scott Hendricks will guide Team Blake.
