It was confirmed that the Apple WWDC 2015 is going to take place in June and the tickets for the events will be up for sale soon. The developer's conference will have a strong focus on software upgrades and there might be a refreshed Apple TV in the announcement.

Apple also planned to give out at least 350 scholarship tickets to students around the globe so that they could attend the event for free. The company says that this will give them an opportunity to explore the world of technology while studying and also know about the work that developers do behind the tech that powers people in their everyday lives.

According to Pocket Lint, Apple WWDC 2015 is an event which will have a strong focus on software upgrades. A new hardware launch is hardly in the cards and they might showcase a new Apple TV at the most but an iPhone or iPad is definitely not going to be launched in this event.

The company will launch the next iOS 9 which will be a huge jump from the existing operating system with a lot of updates, bug fixes and sport better user interface. The operating system will also be the first step towards launching an iPhone 7. Analysts predict that Apple will skip the 'S' branded hardware upgrade and go with a completely new version of the iPhone.

The event will also spend more time on introducing the features of their new music service and the OS X 10.11, according to CNet.

Before Apple hosts their WWDC 2015 event, Google  confirmed that their developer's conference will kick off on May 28 where they are expected to reveal their Project Fi.
