It seemed that LG wants to have a slice of the Nexus 5's popularity. Consumers are still pining since Google pulled out the smartphone from the Play Store. The tweet reads, "Say hello to the LG G4: http://g4.xfb.kr/".

According to PC Mag, the website mentioned in the tweet contained the alleged specs and features of the LG G4. The smartphone reportedly packs features similar to LG G3. The specs include 5.5-inch screen display with 2,560x1,440 screen resolution, 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 16 and 32GB flavors with 2GB or 3GB of RAM and a microSD slot of up to 128GB.

Meanwhile, French website Nowhereelse previously reported that the LG G4 will sport a curved screen display similar to LG G Flex 2 in order to gain an advantage against Samsung Galaxy Edge. The smartphone is also purported to sport a stylus as it is the company's entry to the phablet category.

LG will finally take the wraps off the much-awaited handset on Apr. 28 at an unveiling event in New York. The invitations hinted that the handset will pack an f/1.8 aperture lens, and suggested that the camera and power buttons are housed in a more rectangular box instead of the circular motif seen in LG G3.
