Fans are excited on the first trailer for Zack Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." A short video has arrived along with an invitation to an IMAX theater-based trailer event.
In line with the upcoming movie, the film helmer posted a short clip on his Twitter account. The clip is 21 seconds long and features the costumes of Superman and Batman.
Along with the teaser video is a caption that says, "Confirmed 4.20.5 #BatmanvSuperman @IMAX special teaser screening events. Limited space. RSVP batmanvsupermandawnofjustice.com/imax/"
The trailer is to be screened this Monday, but it might not be screened in every state, as per Cinema Blend. Those who will not be able to see the very first trailer of Warner Bros. and DC's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will have the chance to watch it when it gets posted online.
A "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" trailer was previously rumored to arrive along with Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" or Andy and Lana Wachowski's "Jupiter Ascending," as per Forbes. But now, it is going to be a reality.
Fans have to wait for few more days before the much awaited trailer of the film. Those who want to secure their tickets may sign up here.
Meanwhile, additional trailers of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" are projected to be released with Joss Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" on May 1 and with J.J. Abrams' "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens" on Dec. 18.
The film stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, and Victor Stone as Cyborg. There is no official announcement yet on who will play Green Lantern.
"Man of Steel" director Snyder is set to helm the film, along with Curt Kanemoto and Gregor Wilson as his co-producers. Junkie XL and Hans Zimmer are in charge of film scoring while David goyer, Jerry Siegel, Joe Shuster, Bob Kane, Chris Terrio, and Bill Finger are on board to pen for the film.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is slated to premiere in theaters on Mar. 25, 2016.
