The Apple Watch will be available in stores by June. Due to the surge in demand, production is being boosted.
The Apple retail chief also added in her statement that Apple won't be launching its gadgets in a pattern way from now one and will like to keep the launch a surprise event going forward, states KDrama Stars.
According to her, the company is looking forward to create more anticipation and excitement amongst its loyal buyers and consumers; which will also bring more profit for the company as more anticipation would mean more pre orders.
The gadget giant is expecting that there will be at least 2.3 million pre-orders which will be placed for the new Apple watch. This will be a record in itself as no other gadget has seen such an overwhelming wave of anticipation amongst buyers, states Fierce Wireless.
The production of the units of Apple watch will be reaching 2.4 million by June, in order to fulfill the huge demand of the gadget. When the Apple iPad was launched back in the year 2010, it had seen a pre order madness of 1 million units. The Apple watch has been successful in bypassing that number too.
In the United States alone, the number of pre orders which have already been places for the Apple watch has crosses the mark of 957,000 units.
The Apple watch will be available on three types of models, the Apple Watch Gold edition, the Apple Watch Sports Edition and the Apple Watch simple version.
