British cast member Freddie Highmore takes part in a panel discussion of A&E's "Bates Motel"

"Bates Motel" Season 3 Episode 9 airs Monday, May 4, on A&E. This week's new episode is called "Crazy," and it is the penultimate episode of the season. Important events are expected to develop in Norman Bates' (Freddie Highmore) life, as the series moves closer to the season finale.

Bradley Martin (Nicola Peltz) returns to White Pine Bay in "Bates Motel" Season 3 Episode 8. Norman sees her toward the end of the episode. In this week's new episode, Norman is spending the day with Bradley.

Meanwhile, Dylan (Max Thierot) gets in trouble for wishing to get $25,000 for Emma's (Olivia Cooke) medical needs. Caleb (Kenny Johnson) has his back, and he may have died if his father was not in the weapons deal with him.

Sheriff Alex Romero (Nestor Carbonell) leaves Norma's (Vera Farmiga) side in "Bates Motel" Season 3 Episode 8. He finds out she has been lying to him about Norman. It is too much for Romero to bear that Norma couldn't simply be honest to him, but she was honest with someone she just met. That someone happens to be James (Joshua Leonard), a shrink who was terrorized by Bob Paris (Kevin Rahm).

"Norman spends the day with a surprising visitor; Norma struggles to keep secrets under wraps; and at the farm, Caleb helps Dylan follow through on a good deed, but there's a cost," reads the new episode synopsis of "Bates Motel" Season 3.
