"Mortal Kombat X's" newest glitch allows users to unlock extra costumes even without completing the supposedly required challenges in the "Mortal Kombat" mobile platform.
BertrandsMate, a game fan, revealed that all that a player has to do is accomplish the system's leaderboards and skim through the statistics of top-ranked players, Reddit featured. The player should then exit the leaderboard and decline all forms of requests as this is the game's attempt to modify fractions. When a new fight is loaded, the user should be able to utilize the mobile unlocked skins which a top-ranked player sported.
The major trick behind the "Mortal Kombat" gameplay glitch is having the ability to choose the right player at the right time. Since the leaderboards are changing constantly, a player may consume a considerable amount of time in finding a player who could unlock the targeted costumes.
A few users have reported that they were successful in unlocking "Mortal Kombat" characters' "Injustice Scorpion" and "Ninja Johnny Cage" skins, GameZone reported.
Taking advantage of the glitch could save users a lot of playing time. For instance, "Injustice Scorpion" skin should be achieved only after successfully getting through 100 multiplayer ladders for it to be unlocked.
Meanwhile, Ed Boon, the franchise's co-creator, announced that "Mortal Kombat" classic stages may come as DLC soon. Boon shared that together with his team, they have been discussing the possibility of reinstituting the classic stages; however, he refused to confirm if the DLC is already being processed.
"Mortal Kombat X" is presently available for C, XBox One, PS4. XBox 360 and PS3 formats are set to be released before the year ends.
