The first official poster from the upcoming "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" was recently released at the Cannes Film Festival.
Attendees of the prestigious event will also be given their own copies of the poster, featuring Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Primrose Everdeen (Willow Shields).
The poster featured the onscreen siblings looking much older than their previous ages in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1."
According to Screen Crush, the photo of the two characters could be compared to the likes of an American Gothic painting.
Katniss and Primrose's portrait was photographed by Tim Palen. In the picture, Katniss sports her fishnet braids and wears her black armored suit. Primrose, on the other hand, is seated in front of her older sister, with a worried look on her face, E! News reported.
Dubbed as "The Sister Portrait," the commemorative photo was also posted on the official Twitter account of "The Hunger Games."
"The Sister Portrait, a commemorative Hunger Games franchise print with Katniss & Prim, available only at #Cannes2015," the caption of the photo read.
Meanwhile, the upcoming second installment of the film will reportedly feature more of Prim (Shields), the timid younger sister who is actually smarter beyond her years.
Additionally, Katniss will confront President Snow (Donald Sutherland) and this will lead to a major showdown in the film.
Katniss will seek the help of some of the members of District 13, including, Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Finnick (Sam Clafin).
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" is slated for release in the U.S. this coming Nov. 20.
