From the title and the last moments of Scandal 4x21, viewers could expect to see Rowan Pope (Joe Morton) and his B613 army of mercenaries. In addition, Mellie's (Bellamy Young) senatorial bid will see a decision, according to the synopsis. Meanwhile, Olivia (Kerry Washington) and team try to take down Command.

"Just finished locking the #Scandal finale for the 2nd time with @shondarhimes & @tomverica. Love turning a good show into a great one," Evans tweeted. "Scandal" Season 4, Episode 22 was written by Shonda Rhimes and Mark Wilding. It was directed by Tom Verica, who also portrayed Sam Keating in Shondaland's "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 1.
