With broken ribs, "Dancing With The Stars" season 20 finalist Rumer Willis managed to earn a perfect score with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy during their freestyle dance routine. It featured Valentin Chmerkovskiy playing the violin and Willis' cover of Britney Spears' hit "Toxic."
Bruno Tonioli called Willis and Chmerkovskiy's freestyle dance "unbelievable" while Len Goodman described it "pure" and "brave."
"Every move, every intention, sharply in focus," Tonioli said.
For Julianne Hough, Willis and Chmerkovskiy's freestyle dance was raw, real and honest. She said it was everything that both of them represent together.
Like their freestyle performance, Willis and Chmerkovskiy's redo dance got a 40/40 score.
For Willis to be declared the "DWTS" season winner, she has to beat Noah Galloway and Riker Lynch. To win the golden Mirrorball prize, the three finalists performed two routines, a freestyle and a redo.
With his partner Sharna Burgess, Galloway performed an Argentine tango for their redo routine. They got a score of 32/40. For their freestyle dance, the pair got 40/40.
Lynch performed paso doble for his "Pirates Of The Caribbean"-themed redo dance routine with partner Allison Holker. They got a perfect score for the routine. Like Willis and Galloway, Lynch earned a perfect score for his freestyle dance with Holker.
Based on the judges' scores, Willis and Lynch are on the lead.
Prior to "DWTS" season 20, the daughter of actors Demi Moore and Bruce Willis starred in "Songbyrd," "The Ganzfeld Haunting," "Always Woodstock" and "Los Feliz, 90027." She will soon appear in "Return To Sender" and 'The Escort."
The "DWTS" season 20 winner will be announced on May 19, Tuesday.
