Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao's bout is over, but they seem Mayweather took another shot at Pacquiao during an interview. He called Pacquiao's should injury "ridiculous."
Mayweather appeared on "The Whoolywood Shuffle" and talked about Pacquiao's injury.
He said that post-fight, Pacquiao was sitting in the corner and "no one was rubbing his shoulder." Mayweather added that it is ridiculous for Pacquiao to say that his rotator cuff was torn.
The Money recalled that during the weigh-in, Pacquiao was able to raise both his hands high. "Throughout the whole week in training camp, leading up to the fight, when he was going to the boxing gym, when he was having workouts, he was throwing his left hand and his right hand extremely hard and extremely fast," Mayweather said (via Fox Sports).
Meanwhile, ex-British world champion Ricky Hatton said that Mayweather vs. Pacquiao was "damaging" for the game. He said that they cannot recall if there was anyone who loved the bout.
"Considering they're two all-time greats, the money they walked away with, what the fans had to pay, it was all a bit of a letdown," Hatton said to Eurosport.
The boxer said when Pacquiao blamed his loss on the injury, it took the match to a new low. He did not spare Mayweather and said that he was not worried about the crowd having a good time. He was only concerned about the money.
