American model and showgirl, Holly Madison, has made some startingly shocking revelations about her life in the infamous Playboy mansion with Hugh Hefner in her upcoming memoir, "Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny."
Breaking her silence for the first time, Madison has opened her heart in the book, which is scheduled to be released on June 23. Excerpts obtained by Us Weekly states that the 35-year-old model had a really tough time, while being the number one girlfriend of Hefner.
Madison's recollection of her being a playboy bunny also includes her first meeting with the business man, who allegedly offered her a drug, which he claimed as a thigh-opening pill.
The model, who moved in after a few weeks to live with the adult magazine publisher, further claims in her book that life in the famous mansion was not as glamorous as it seems. She was subjected to extreme emotional abuse and misery, which drove her into depression.
Madison has also accused Hefner of being manipulative, who used to play mind games to pit the girls against each other. On learning that she is contemplating to move out, the famous playboy allegedly tried to bribe her by offering to allocate her $3,000,000 in his will, provided she stays at the mansion forever.
While being the number one girlfriend of Hefner, Madison admittedly struggled with suicide thoughts. The model admitted that she was so much unhappy that she seriously considered herself drowning in the bathtub, but decided against the plan so that she can speak out her experiences one day.
The model, who left the infamous mansion eventually in Feburary 2009, went on to feature in several reality TV shows including "Dancing With The Stars" and "Holly's World," before meeting Pasquale Rotella in 2011, ET Online reported.
The couple got married in 2013 and have a two-year-old daughter, Rainbow.
