"Vikings" season 4 spoilers revealed that the coming episode will highlight the sibling rivalry between Ragnar and Rollo. It was said that their relationship would be tested on an entirely different level.
According to Master Herald, the "Vikings" season 3 finale was orchestrated in such a way that a confrontation between Ragnar and Rollo was inevitable. Fans saw a deeply wounded Ragnar hanging on for his life while his brother was left to wed Princess Gisla in Paris.
Executive producer Michael Hirst also revealed that viewers should look out for the coming episodes as it would finally reveal what is causing the tension between the two siblings. He said that Ragnar should never be underestimated even if he may be hovering between life and death.
"Vikings" season 4 spoilers revealed Ragnar's sons could also be the highlight of future episodes, following his alleged demise. He mentioned that each of his four sons will have a different character of his own.
Meanwhile, the show creator also hinted that fans of Ragnar and Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) would be happy to know that their relationship would continue in the following episodes. He, however, noted that there would be challenges and trials along the way. Lagertha will reportedly have a difficult time opening her heart to Ragnar following the incident.
Hirst revealed that although Ragnar and Lagertha might not be together physically, they would always share a special bond. He told Entertainment Weekly that he may not have always been vocal when it comes to his feelings but there is no doubt that he cares for her. Hirst added that he will always be proud of her accomplishments and of how ambitious she is.
