MTV has just released the first six minutes of the premiere episode of "Teen Wolf" season 5. Although episode 1 has yet to air on June 29, fans of the paranormal series could not wait to find out what would happen to the students of Beacon Hills High School, including couple Malia and Stiles.
Based on the promo, fans of "Teen Wolf" will get to see the different sides of Lydia (Holland Roden.) As Inquistr pointed out, Lydia seemed to be in a catatonic state as she tries to get use to her banshee powers. Viewers were taken back to Eichen House, the same mental health facility where Malia and Meredith were admitted.
It is still unclear as to why Lydia was sent to the Eichen House. Based on the video, Holland Roden's alter ego was not all being taken care of the staff. It seems almost as if, instead of being attended to, she was actually being tortured.
In the end, Lydia decided to make a run for it, however, her escape was blocked by her ex-boyfriend Aiden. He tells her that her treatment is far from over. Lydia then tries to escape and tells him that he needs to warn her friends or else they were all going to die.

Meanwhile, speaking to E! News, Shelley Hennig, who plays Malia in the MTV series, revealed that "every single relationship is going to be tested" in season 5, including hers and Stiles.
The actress shared that although Malia and Stiles are still together, there will be several challenges along the way that will test their relationship. She added that Malia's main priority is just to make it to her senior year. Some speculate that this could mean that Lydia and Stiles could finally have their shot in the coming episodes.
The two-part season 5 premiere of "Teen Wolf" airs on June 29 and June 30 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
