George R. R. Martin is the one to blame for the "Game Of Thrones" season 5 finale spoilers, which a lot of fans of the hit HBO series are complaining about online, according to "The Late Late Show" host James Corden said.

"The truth is, you know who's really spoiling Game of Thrones? (It is) George R R Martin," Corden said during a recent "The Late Late Show" episode. "He said that Jon Snow was going to die back in 2011. He even wrote a book about it, and called it 'Game of Thrones.'"

Corden opened the show with a monologue addressing the issue of the "Game Of Thrones" season 5 finale spoilers, particular on the characters who got killed during the final episode of the HBO series' fifth season including Jon Snow played by Kit Harington.

"It turns out that people were very upset about which characters got killed off, and people were so angry that they went on Twitter to complain about," Corden started his monologue. "Then people on Twitter got angry that those people just spoiled 'Game of Thrones.'"

Corden pointed out that all of the "Game Of Thrones" fans' complaining is now making him complain about it on television. He said, "It's like the 'Circle of Life.' It's like 'The Lion King,' you know, the movie where Simba's dad dies. Spoiler alert."

"The Late Late Show" host went on to tell the TV audience to mute if they did not want to hear about the deaths in the "Game Of Thrones" season 5 finale while "#RIPJONSNOW" flashed across the screen.

"People got so upset about Jon Snow dying on 'Game of Thrones,'" Corden said. "I'm like, the show's about dragons and incest. Like, who thought it was going to end well?"
