Clifford Joseph "T.I." Harris took to Twitter on June 19 to promote the comedy drama "Dope," which was written and directed by Rick Famuyiwa starring Shameik Moore as Malcolm, a geek surviving life in a tough neighbourhood.

"Yooooo @DopeMove is finally out! Do yourself a favor and check it out this weekend," T.I. tweeted along with the redband trailer of the "Dope" movie.

"Dope" also stars T.I.'s fellow rapper Tyga while Forest Whitaker lent his voice as the narrator. Included in the cast are "Mad Max: Fury Road" star Zoe Kravitz, "The Grand Budapest Hotel" actor Tony Revolori and "Eye Candy" actress Kiersey Clemons, among others.

On the other hand, T.I. is part of the supporting cast of "Ant-Man" along with Bobby Cannavale, David Dastmalchian, and Michael Pena. Recently, Marvel Studios released a new series of photos of the extended cast, which are published by Coming Soon.

In "Ant-Man," which is set to hit theaters on July 17, T.I., Cannavale, Dastmalchian and Pena play Dave, Paxton, Kurt and Luis, which do not belong to the list of famous characters from Marvel comics.

Also, T.I.'s family reality show "T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle" season 5 premiered on VH1 on June 15. In a recent interview with Ebony to promote the show, T.I. shared some pieces of advice about success. He said, "Focus 100 percent of your efforts, energy and attention. The success of that should branch you out into other things."

Released on June 19, "Dope" also stars Rakim Mayers, Blake Anderson, Bruce Beatty, De'aundre Bonds, Julian Brand, Quincy Brown, Kimberly Elise and Rick Fox, among others. Watch the film's redband trailer here:
