"X-Men: Apocalypse" is getting a lot of buzz these days because fans cannot wait to see their favorite characters, namely Storm, Jean Grey and Mystique. However, there are reports that three other lesser-known characters should also be given equal exposure.

According to Fashion N Style, it seems that the creators of the film are only focusing on the three characters because fans have supported them really well. For fear that the film will not make good profit, there are rumors that the creators decided to set aside Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Blink for now.

Quicksilver was first introduced in "X-Men: Days of Future Past." Film director Bryan Singer confirmed his return to "X-Men: Apocalypse" but it is still unclear whether or not he will be exploring his connections to Magneto.

Scarlet Witch, who was first introduced in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" has not yet been confirmed to return or even make a cameo in the "X-Men" film. However, fans are speculating that she could make an appearance. After all, her twin brother Quicksilver will be part of the installment.

Meanwhile, according to The Star, Fan Bingbing, the actress who played Blink, has signed on to star in four superhero movies. With this, there are rumors that she could return to "X-Men: Apocalypse." Fans are also hoping that her story will be given more emphasis, especially since it was revealed in the comic books that she is a distant descendant of Apocalypse.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" is slated for release in the United States this coming May 18, 2016.
