Donna is now working for Louis and her relationship with Harvey is kind of strained. Sarah Rafferty talked to TVLine about "Suits" Season 5, episode 1.
She said that both Harvey and Donna are disappointed in each other. When asked how Donna is dealing with the situation, Rafferty says that it is a good change for Donna.
"She's a hundred percent committed to moving over to Louis' desk and having a really clear boundary in that way. That being said, it's not an easy situation."
The actress was also asked if Donna would date anybody else on "Suits" Season 5 episodes. She stated she doesn't know yet. She would be ready for it. She wants Donna to have a great time and not sit at home, watch TV and eat Ben & Jerry's.
"In the Season Five opener, Harvey has difficulty adjusting to changes around the office, which affects his ability to do his work. Donna must acclimate to working for Louis, who's certain it's only a matter of time before she returns to Harvey. Mike and Rachel must decide how and when to share their big news, but their excitement about their future together will take a back seat to Harvey and Mike's latest case," synopsis for "Suits" Season 5, episode 1 reads.
