"Arrow" season 4 could feature a new character and there are rumors she will be playing the role of Patty.
According to E! News, Patty is also a mother and a mayoral candidate who was a good friend of the late Moira Queen, Oliver and Thea's mother. Patty was also once close to the siblings and her daughter's identity will be revealed sometime in season 4.
As of late, there are no speculations yet as to who will play the role of Patty, but it has been revealed that the woman should be somewhere between 50 and 60 years old.
Meanwhile, Stephen Amell previously talked about the upcoming fourth season of "Arrow." When asked how he could sum up season 4, the actor, who plays Oliver, said, "What's wrong, Speedy?" This has led fans to speculate that Oliver could return to his old life to help save his own sister, MStarz reported.
In other news, although the first official title for season 4 episode 1 has not yet been revealed, there are already some inside scoop as to what will happen in the premiere.
According to multiple reports, the first episode will be written by Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle. The story was proposed by Greg Berlanti and Beth Schwartz. The director for season 4 episode 1 was Thor Freudenthal.
Guggenheim himself revealed all of these details when he posted a photo of the "Arrow" script on Twitter last week. The photo has since received more than 900 retweets and 1,800 likes.
"Arrow" season 4 will premiere on the CW this October.
