BioWare and EA are reportedly working on a better ending for the upcoming “Mass Effect: Andromeda” that is slated for a PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release by late 2016.

In response to a fan’s question asking if there will be a different ending for the game, Senior Development Director for “Mass Effect: Andromeda,” Chris Wynn, tweeted “We will do what we can!”

The much-awaited title is expected to have a happier ending, since most of the fans were disappointed with the “Mass Effect 3” ending, in 2012, though much of the disappointment was due to the fact that the original series will be concluded. However, a better ending for the “Mass Effect: Andromeda” was not really confirmed or denied by the development team, according to Gaming Bolt.

The next title in the “Mass Effect” series, was revealed at the E3 2015, and was confirmed to be neither a prequel nor a sequel to the original trilogy. The entire gameplay will be set in a different galaxy with all new characters.

BioWare keeping the wraps tight on anything related to the characters, as the new human protagonist for the “Mass Effect: Andromeda” did not even appear in the launch trailer, Game Rant reported.

Last week, Wynn took it to Twitter to tease the fans about the Andromeda galaxy in the new title. “Tech art team just blew me away with a demo of weather effects on objects and characters in game. Was ridiculously cool. #MEAndromeda,” Wynn tweeted.

Rumor has it that “Mass Effect: Andromeda” will feature a galaxy with planets having several weather types, like the planet designs in Star Wars.

Apart from these bits of information, details about the next “Mass Effect” title are scarce. However, BioWare and EA are expected to reveal more information on “Mass Effect: Andromeda” release and gameplay in the coming months.
