With Francis Lawrence's "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" heading to its finale as it hits the big screen this year, a new dynamic trailer of the upcoming film has been released at the San Diego Comic-Con.
The new trailer has yet to be released online, as per The Telegraph. At the San Diego Comic-Con, fans were able to witness that Lawrence's forthcoming "The Hunger Games" sequel is going to be filled with thrills and energy as it showed an impressive attack on the Capitol, scenes involving Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, as well as additional details on Finnick Odair and Johanna Mason.
Among the films of the "The Hunger Games" franchise, Lawrence's "Mockingjay - Part 2" is the only one to feature all Panem's districts brought together in unity, prepared to battle the government that have oppressed them for many years, according to Cinema Blend.
With fans definitely waiting for the new "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" to be released online, Lionsgate has also released a teaser video featuring Everdeen assembling with the troops.
The clip started off with the soldiers in white executing some rifle drills in a structured formation, synchronized with the sound of an impending battle. It was followed by a chunked message "Freedom is worth fighting for."
Then, Everdeen, known as the Mockingjay, enters the scene at the middle of the soldiers' drills. The new teaser has revealed Katniss alternate red costume, along with the soldier's final stance and the phrase "Stand with us." The teaser clip ends with D13, which is short for District 13, "Revolution.PN," and a hashtag that says "Unite."
The upcoming film finale stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Evan Ross, Jena Malone, Natalie Dorner, Sam Clafflin, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Gwendoline Christie, Mahershala Ali, Willow Shields, and Donald Sutherland, among others.
