With Peyton Reed's "Ant-Man" hitting the big screen in few days, a news video hosted by Christine Heart has been recently released and it contains some revelations on how the upcoming film bridges Marvel's Phase Two and Phase Three.

The video features news reporter Heart and she talked about the turmoil caused by Utron's minions in Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron." This was followed by an update on cybercriminal Scott Lang, who will be released from San Quentin on July 17. Heart closed the news by saying that she will next feature her initial interview with Lang, since his conviction.

Featuring the aftermath of the incidents in Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" will make a reliable reference to the flow of events in Joe and Anthony Russo's "Captain America: Civil War," according to Cinema Blend. Heart said in the video that the government will uphold higher level of control and clarity to the superpowered citizens, which relates to the superhero registration act.

The news crawl in the video also revealed that an earthquake hit South Africa, which is related to the island of Wakanda, Black Panther's homeland, as per Coming Soon. The vibranium-rich region will be first seen in the Russo's "Captain America: Civil War," along with its prince, T'Challa, who is also known as the superhero Black Panther.

Meanwhile, the news crawl also mentioned that astrophysicist Jane Foster will share her experiences in her travelling experience in both time and space, which relates to the events in "Thor" movies.

"Ant-Man" stars Paul Rudd as the titular superhero, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lily, Corey Stoll, Michael Pena, Judy Greer, Abby Ryder Fortson, Hayley Atwell, Stan Lee, Bobby Cannavale, John Slattery, and Anthony Mackie, among others.

Reed's "Ant-Man" is set to premiere in theaters on July 17 while the Russo's "Captain America: Civil War" is slated to hit the big screen on May 16, 2016.
