"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 may see the end of Jolex, according to latest plot rumours. In her recent interview, actress Camilla Luddington, who plays the role of Jo, expressed her concern for Jo and Alex's (Justin Chambers) future together.

News publication IBTimes is speculating that Alex and Jo's relationship may hit a bumpy road in the upcoming instalment. It is said that except Jo and Alex no other couple on the show have come so far without any struggles. Thus, Luddington feels that it might be time when Jo and Alex feel the pressure.

Speaking to TV Line, Luddington hinted at some trouble in Jo and Alex's relationship in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12.  She said things may not continue to be as good as it has  been previously for the couple.

"I'm nervous because Jo and Alex have had three seasons of being pretty good like, which is really unusual on Grey's," Luddington told the abovementioned publication. "They've had issues, but they've gotten over them. So, that makes me think that they moved in together I just don't trust that things are going to continue to go well," she explained. However, the actress hopes that it's not cheating that breaks Jo and Alex apart.

Alex and Jo got together in Season 10. In Season 11, the couple moved in Jo's newly-bought house taking their relationship to a whole new level. But several media outlets are now speculating that the couple may have to deal with some great challenges in their relationship. What do you think?

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 is slated to premiere on Sept. 24, 2015 on ABC. Stay tuned for more spoilers and updates.
