Google Nexus 2015 release is reportedly coming soon and various clues emerged that prove that the launch is imminent.

Google is reported to release two variants of smartphones this year. Google Nexus 2015 is rumored to be manufactured by LG and Huawei.

Huawei and LG Confirmed

Various manufacturers emerged to be Google's partner in making this year's Nexus device. However, Huawei and LG confirmed their involvement in the project. According to a report from Android PIT, sources from LG confirmed that it is building one of the Nexus handsets. Meanwhile, an executive from Huawei told International Business Times that the company is already working on the Nexus smartphone.

AnTuTu Benchmark and Other Leaks

Various Google Nexus 2015 leaks emerged online, including results from AnTuTu benchmark. While the results could be fake, the smartphone was marked as the "Google Nexus 5 2015 API 22". Moreover, tipster @evleaks also revealed some leaked images of the alleged Nexus smartphone.

Android M Release

Google has announced the new Android M operating system in May at the company's I/O tech conference. According to Geek Snack, Nexus 5 2015 release will be sooner and will more likely take place this summer rather in fall as Android M will reportedly arrive on the same date. In line with this, Nexus 5 2015 will be Google's flagship device that will boast Android M like how Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 to Android Lollipop OS.

Another hint that a new Nexus device is on its way is the emerging deals and discounts on various Nexus devices like Nexus 5, 6, and 9. For the past few weeks, the devices received big discounts from Google Play Store and various retailers.

Google Revenue Is Down

Google needs to release Google Nexus 2015 as its revenue for the first quarter went down. In its Q1 2015 earnings call, Google discussed the relative ups and downs of its smallest money resource, Google Play and the Google Store. Google CFO Patrick Pichette confirmed that the revenue was down 3% compared to the fourth quarter of 2014.
