The fourth season of "Arrow" will introduce another character that will be played by Jeri Ryan.

According to Access Hollywood, the "Star Trek: Voyager" star will appear on The CW series as a guest star on its second episode for the season. Ryan will reportedly play the role of Jessica Danforth, a good friend of the Queens. However, Jessica's political ambitions will make him one of the targets of a new antagonist.

Meanwhile, other new characters that will be introduced in the upcoming season of "Arrow" include Mr. Terrific, Anarky and the new villain Baron Blitzkrieg. It is still unclear whether the latter will be the one to cause problems for Ryan's Jessica.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Baron will be played by British actor Jimmy Akingbola. Baron will also be called Baron Reiter and he will act as Oliver Queen's biggest enemy that will be featured in most of the character's flashbacks.

Meanwhile, the role of Mr. Terrific was previously given to Echo Kellum. The actor will also play Mr. Terrific's alter ego Curtis Holt. Anarky was recently given to actor Alexander Calvert. The latter will play the role of a criminal for hire who will working against Oliver.

In other news, the new costume of the Arrow will be unveiled in season 4, when Oliver returns from his trip with Felicity. It is unclear when Stephen Amell's character will be featured in the series because there were reports that he will not be part of the premiere episode.

"Arrow" season 4 will premiere on the CW this coming October.
