"Arrow" season 3 ended with Oliver Queen and Felicity driving off into the sunset. However, there are speculations now that their relationship will not survive in season 4.

According to the official synopsis of "Arrow" season 4, there is a chance that Oliver (Stephen Amell) will return to his old life in order to help Thea, Laurel and Diggle with their mission. However, his decision to wear the mask again could only mean he will not be able to prioritize his relationship with Felicity.

With this, fans are speculating that Felicity may either support Oliver with his decision to save the world but with certain conditions. Some fans are suggesting Felicity should be more understanding of Oliver's situation, while others are suggesting they should just part ways, according to Latin Post.

However, it seems that Oliver and Felicity will find ways to make their relationship work. In a previous interview, Amell confirmed that Oliver will become Arrow very early on in season 4 so he will have time to fix his relationship with Felicity.

Meanwhile, a new character named Patty has been tapped to join the cast of "Arrow" season 4. According to Spoilers Guide, Patty will play the role of Barry Allen's new love interest. Following Eddie's death, Iris will focus all of her attention on forgetting about her fiancé. With this, there are speculations that the Barry-Iris love team may not be given emphasis in the upcoming instalment.

In other news, the creators of "Arrow" are still searching for some new cast members to join the upcoming season.

"Arrow" season 4 will premiere on the CW this coming October 7.
