"X-Men: Apocalypse" co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult were reportedly spotted arguing over dinner.
According to Star Magazine, Hoult invited Lawrence out to dinner over the weekend but at one point, their conversation took a turn for the worst and the latter got pissed.
A source told the publication that Lawrence threw her hands up at one point, as though she was signalling that she has had enough of her conversation with Hoult. Additionally, the source said that "The Hunger Games" actress yelled at Hoult first and then the actor yelled back at her.
Meanwhile, Lawrence and Hoult attended a party hosted by Entertainment Weekly after their dinner. According to sources, the two arrived at the venue separately but were spotted giving each other dagger-like stares. There are speculations that Hoult is trying to win back Lawrence even though he is aware that she is dating Coldplay front man Chris Martin.
In other news, Lawrence previously talked about her relationship with Hoult during an interview with Marie Claire magazine. At that time, Lawrence revealed that when she and Hoult are both working, they have a mutual agreement to ignore each other.
The actress clarified that this does mean though that they ignore each other completely. Rather, they simply do not get mad at each other when one of them is not able to pick up calls or respond to text messages. Unfortunately, a few months after the interview, the couple decided to end their relationship.
"X-Men: Apocalypse" will premiere in the United States on May 27, 2016.
