The synopsis for the new episode focuses on Harvey, Mike, Donna and Rachel. It will be good to see Donna in a relaxed sequence.
"Reeling from Dr. Agard's revelation about the root of his panic attacks, Harvey is forced to make a tough personal decision in a case that touches a nerve. Meanwhile, Mike and Louis have taken over responsibility for Harvey's oldest client, and must decide what to do when that client's demands go against his own best interests. And Donna tries to work her magic to make Rachel's dream wedding possible," reads the synopsis for "Suits" Season 5, episode 6, "Privilege" via Carter Matt.
According to the promo, Harvey meets Dr. Agard and he is angry. He wants to know if she is coming to his office to testify against his client.
Harvey, in his signature styles, tells her that if her statement would send the client to jail, she will have to lie.
