Things are getting out of hand between Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman). "Suits" Season 5, episode 8 promo shows Louis set to sue Harvey for assault battery.

In "Suits" Season 5, episode 7, "Hitting Home" Harvey and Louis argued and Harvey assaulted him physically. Now, Louis is furious and he wants to take down Harvey at any cost.
The promo of "Suits" Season 5, episode 8 starts with Jessica confronting Harvey about the Louis incident. However, Harvey feels that Louis got what he deserved.
The next scene shows Louis' battered face and he is fuming with anger. The scene cuts to Mike talking to Harvey. He tells Harvey that they are in trouble. It looks like Louis is coming after Harvey in the new "Suits" episode.
Louis storms into Jessica's office and announces that he is suing Harvey for assault battery. He throws the legal paper on her desk.
Meanwhile, it looks like Harvey has also spoiled Donna and Louis' relationship as Donna tells Louis that she is done looking for him.
Before the "Suits" Season 5, episode 8 promo ends, Harvey tries to threaten Louis again. But, Louis tells him that soon he will be gone.
"Jessica performs damage control following the Harvey-Louis incident; and Donna counsels the men on how to solve their issues. Mike, meanwhile, searches for a way to down his announced promotion without raising suspicion," reads the synopsis of "Suits" Season 5, episode 8 via TV.com.
