The publication reported that the decision to cancel the series came after the entire season 3 has finished filming. The cast and producers were definitely surprised by the announcement and had not planned to end the series with just three seasons. Albrecht, however, promised viewers that they will get a "very satisfying conclusion." He pointed out that if they were to delay the cancellation, it would only affect the plot and the series would have needed more episodes.
