Since the tablet runs from edge to edge, a system was placed inside the device designed to ignore unintentional touches. The large tablet is also equipped with software dock where used apps and features are placed.

The tablet is also powered by 3 GHz Intel Core i7 processor and 4 GB of RAM. Consumers are also given the option to ramp up the tablet up to 8 GB. The same screen "reflects the content within the edges" using mirrors.

The 12-inch iPad Pro tablet is expected to join the roster of Apple devices to be released on Sept. 9 alongside the iPhone 6S and iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 4. iPad sales continue to decline prompting Apple to release a game changer this year and to re-establish iPad as a "must have" device. Other rumored features of iPad Pro are A9 processor, Type-C USB port, a special stylus, NFC, and Force Touch technology.

Meanwhile, iPad Pro is rumored to pack a 12.9 to 14 inches screen panel with 2,732 x 2,048 pixel resolution and the familiar 4:3 aspect ratio and 264 pixel density. According to Taiwanese media Tech News, Apple will reportedly tap Sharp and Samsung to supply the large 12.9 inch displays.

iPad Pro is also expected to simultaneously run with iOS and OS X El Capitan, according to Cult of Mac. This hinted that the tablet will be a hybrid device and will cater features of both a tablet and a notebook or laptop.
