"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" may be delayed, but that does not mean that there is a lack of hype for the upcoming title. In fact, its presence in a number of gaming events have allowed more players to get a feel of what kind of battles await once the game launches.

So far, it is dubbed as the biggest entry in the franchise of fighting games from Naruto. Thanks to the variety of characters, matching up with different opponents can be a unique experience, as seen in the new trailers that GameSpot managed to obtain.

In the series of gameplay footages, some of the matchups include Team 7 going against the likes of Madara Uchiha, Ten Tails Obito Uchiha, as well as the older versions of the Team 7 facing off against Kakashi.

Recently, the developer has also confirmed that "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will not have the mecha version of lead hero Naruto. Reports have stated that this is due to the exclusivity of the character to the previous "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution."

Still, comparing to other titles in the game series, "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" contains the most massive roster of fighters and shinobi so far, Lazy Gamer reported. The latest installment has 61 playable characters, with 86 different versions of the shinobi.

The franchise has come far from the first title, which only had 25 playable characters. Even last year's title, "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution," only had 68 playable characters. The fact that the title will only release on the Xbox One, PS4 and PC may be one way that the developer was able to pack more of a punch.
