New rumors claimed that Google's flagship device will be created by Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei dubbed as Google Nexus 6 2015 and will run with Android Marshmallow operating system.

According to Tech Radar, the last Nexus phablet was created by Motorola and despite the fact that the device was launched 10 months ago, this did not deter the tech community to speculate about its still unconfirmed successor.

Rumors claim that the upcoming Nexus phablet will be released either in the latter part of September or early October. This time frame is within the schedule third quarter release date of the Android Marshmallow operating system.

Among the confirmed features of Android Marshmallow are supports for USB Type-C and fingerprint scanner. This means that the Nexus 6 will no doubt sport the same feature as well.

According to PC Advisor, a recent photo leak of the LG Nexus 5 2015 reveal that the device will sport a 5.2-inch display screen. This leak means that the upcoming Nexus phablet will sport a bigger screen display.

Rumors also claim that the device will sport the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset. Since this rumor's merit is yet to be confirmed, there is still a big possibility that Huawei would choose the Snapdragon 810 chipset.

Whatever chipset Huawei decides to use, it will come as no surprise if the device will sport 4GB RAM. Storage variants are limited to 32GB and 64GB models. Previous iterations of the Nexus smartphone do not include microSD slots, a limitation that hinder users from expanding their phone's storage space. It would be a big bonus if Google and Huawei decides to include one in the Google Nexus 6 2015.
