MacBook Air 2016 fans will have to wait longer as Apple was reportedly in no rush to launch their latest laptop while the technology company is more focused in developing and launching their new iPad Pro.

The release of MacBook Air 2016 was speculated to be moved to first quarter of 2016 instead of launching it later this year because rumor says Apple wanted to introduce their iPad Pro first. According to The Revoluzionne, it seems that the tech company is hesitating to release both the MacBook Air and iPad Pro at the same time because doing so might ruin the sales of the latter.

Another speculation was that Apple wanted to meticulously plan for the development of their laptop because their previous MacBook launch in April became unsuccessful. Experts expect that Apple will be installing better features due to the product's delay.

According to Android Origin, one of the speculated features that the MacBook Air might possess is Apple's innovative "Force Touch Technology." The said technology is a combination of "pressure-sensitive display" and "haptic feedback." Apple previously installed this technology in some of their products and it is expected that they will continue this trend on their future products like the MacBook Air 2016.

Apple might also install Intel's latest Skylake processor. The processing unit promises to provide computer softwares with faster and more efficient services while having a more secured RAM. The positively-reviewed processor also comes with better built-in graphics. It appears that installing this chip would be a good choice for the rumored MacBook Air.

In addition, the latest MacBook Air might also introduce a new and improved keyboard made of stainless steel instead of silicone. This keyboard will feature bigger and more durable keys while possessing brighter LED lights in order for the user to type even in dark areas.

Lastly, the MacBook Air 2016 is 24 percent thinner than its predecessors, but it promises to provide improved features that would rival other MacBook versions.

On the other hand, the Apple's priority product, the iPad Pro, was speculated to be powered by the A9 processor, the tech company's latest chip. This processing chip, which is a major upgrade from A8X, is expected to boost the performance of the rumored tablet while having a 2GB of RAM.

With the help of iOS 9, iPad Pro will also introduce a new feature called "split screen multitasking." This will enable a user to operate two separate apps within the same screen simultaneously. For example, a user can browse a website while composing a message on the Messenger App. With the help of this latest feature, the productivity of the iPad Pro users will be enhanced.

As of now, Apple has no official announcements about MacBook 2016 or iPad Pro.
