Rumors are doing the rounds that the smartphone manufacturer LG could release a bigger version of the LG G4, called the LG G4 Pro, with a full metal body, bigger screen and more powerful hardware.

The company had previously announced that it will be releasing a super premium handset in the second half of 2015, but did not reveal any information about its forthcoming device. According to MNR Daily, the new LG smartphone will be released in the final quarter of this year.

On the other hand, the tech giant Google will launch two Nexus smartphones for the first time this year - Nexus 6 (2015) and Nexus 5 (2015). It is expected that both smartphones will be shipped with Android Marshmallow onboard. According to rumors, the Nexus 5 (2015) will be released in October of this year.

If reports are anything to go by, the upcoming device could pose a significant challenge to Google Nexus 5 2015.

Reports suggest that the LG G4 Pro will come with a 3,500 mAh or higher replaceable battery, while the Nexus 5 2015 will come with a 3180 mAh non-removable battery.

Processing Power

According to reports, the LG G4 Pro will come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 chipset. LG Nexus 5 2015 will be powered by the Snapdragon 808 processor.

Camera

It is expected that the LG G4 Pro will feature a 27-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, optical image stabilization and laser autofocus, International Business Times reported. Also, the flagship device will sport an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

According to latest reports, the Nexus 5 2015 will have a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and 5 MP front-facing camera.
