With Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's "Captain America: Civil War" hitting the big screen next year, it has been reported that Iron Man will don an armor raised into a whole new level.

According to Heroic Hollywood, the red and gold armored Avenger will sport the Bleeding Edge Armor Mark 46 Armor in the Russos' upcoming Marvel Comics film. The said armor is capable of boosting both Tony Stark's strength and intelligence, which reportedly will help him stand against the joint forces of his former ally Captain America and the Winter Soldier.

Stark has been rumored to discover that the Winter Soldier was accountable for his parents' death, as per Cinema Blend. This speculation suggests that the death of Stark's parents in Bucky's hands could give him the fuel to fight the Winter Soldier, even if the latter is a close friend of his former ally Captain America.

At the moment, exact details about Iron Man and Captain America's clash, plot twists, and the team who will stand victorious are yet to be revealed.

Robert Downey Jr. will play the metal suited Avenger while Chris Evans will play the star-spangled superhero. Along with them, "Captain America: Civil War" also stars Martin Freeman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Bruhl, Hayley Atwell, Frank Grillo, Paul Bettany, Paul Rudd, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Marisa Tomei, and Tom Holland.

Directed by the Russos, "Captain America: Civil War" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on May 6, 2016.
