Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie have recently talked about the new "Captain America: Civil War" footage at the D23 Expo.

In their interview with MTV, Evans explained that the new footage, which they filmed in Germany, is a five to six minute clip that Joe Russo and Anthony Russo made. The actor added that the contents of the clip got him thriller. While fans have seen the clip at the D23 Expo, it is yet to be released online.

It has been reported that the "Captain America: Civil War" clip featured Captain America's battle with Crossbones, along with Hawkeye's one on one face off with his co-Avenger Black Widow. Screen shots and gifs of the said clip were posted in Comic Book Movie; however, it appears that the said images and gifs have been removed.

Meanwhile, Mackie, who is playing Falcon in the Russos' upcoming film, told Flickering Myth that fans will see the superheroes as completely grown human characters, in such a way that they will be more "relatable" and "likeable" as compared to their connection to fans in the previous films. The actor added that this element allows fans to see themselves in the characters.

"Captain America: Civil War" features the release of the superhero registration act or the "accords," which leads to a tumultuous clash between the separate teams of Captain America, who is not in favor with the act, and Iron Man, who is in favor of the law.

Directed by the Russos, "Captain America: Civil War" is set to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 6, 2016. Watch Evans and Mackie's at the D23 Expo here:
