Both may have different environments perfect for sabotaging and attacking the enemy, and both titles are meant for the trigger-happy players, but that is probably where the similarities between "Star Wars Battlefront" and "Battlefield" end.

Despite developer DICE being known for the "Battlefield" franchise for quite a while, "Star Wars Battlefront" is a big break from the annual military shooter title. As if to step clearly away from the franchise, DICE did not even used none of the systems that have serve as foundations for "Battlefield," reported GamesRadar.

"I don't think we have a single system in the game that is the same as in Battlefield," said Patrick Bach, DICE's general manager, in a statement quoted by the publication.

Bach even went so far as to state that fans may feel that "Star Wars Battlefront" is not necessarily done by DICE, if only because its style as a primarily shooter title is far from what fans would be used to in "Battlefield."

What remains the same, however, would be the overall emotional experience that fans would have when playing. This includes the quality, the fee and the visuals for which DICE has been known for.

EA has also revealed some new information and sneak peeks for the upcoming Battle of Jakku. Fans who preorder the game will be able to access and play DICE's vision of the Battle of Jakku on Dec. 1, but this will still be available to fans a week later.

The developer has teased some artworks of The Battle of Jakku. These show a crashed Star Destroyer, Rebel troops and Imperial ground troops. The point was to depict a very intense battle, touted to be a David and Goliath face-off between the Rebel soldiers and those with the Imperial Alliance.

Fans who want to get more than just landscape battles can also look forward to battles on land and air. Between dodging debris and X-wings from the sky to engaging ground battles, there won't be any rest for the weary here.s

Not only for the fans of "Star Wars Battlefront," movie fans who are anticipating the release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" can also relate to the landscape of Jakku. This is because DICE's inspiration comes from the actual massive landscape seen in the movie, EA revealed via the official "Star Wars Battlefront" website.

"Star Wars Battlefront" will be released on Nov. 17 on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Preordering the game will give players access to the Batte of Jakku early on.
