Apple is about to launch three new iPads in the near future consisted of iPad Air 3, iPad Mini 4 and iPad Pro. They all have different specs, screen sizes and target user base.
These three devices will differ in their sizes, giving the users a good number of options for their tablet device. Apple iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 4 are rumored to be released in September, according to BGR. On the other hand, iPad Pro release date is expected later this year.
iPad Air 3
Features: iPad Air 3 is rumored to sport a 9.7-inch display screen. It is also rumored to support the 4G data connection services. With a screen resolution of 401 ppi along, it will one of the few devices to sport an enhanced 4K resolution. It is expected to be a water proof device and may also sport a USB Type C connector along with the latest Force Touch Technology and the Taptic Engine Technology.
When to Buy: iPad Air 3 is expected to be showcased to the world by Apple at the Sept. 9 event. It is expected to go on sale from Sept. 18 onwards.
iPad Mini 4
Features: iPad Mini 4 is expected to be packed with a 2GB RAM along with the A9 processor coupled with an M9 Co- processor. It is also rumored to sport a 7.9-inch display screen along with a Retina display, according to Mac Rumors. iOS 9 will be the device's operating system. It is also expected to sport the Touch ID finger print scanner.
When to Buy: Apple iPad Mini 4 is also expected to be launched alongside iPad Air 3 at the annual event in September. It is also expected to hit the market from Sept. 18 onwards.
iPad Pro
Features: iPad Pro is rumored to be equipped with a digital stylus, which will be equipped with a camera on its body. This stylus is expected to be equipped with the haptic technology, for better pressure and grip sensors. Apple iPad Pro is rumored to be 12.9 inches in size, with a screen resolution of 2732 x 2048.
When to Buy: iPad Pro release date is not yet confirmed but it is expected to hit the market during the holiday season. On the other hand, some rumors also suggest that the iPad Pro release may be pushed to 2016 as well.
