"Jane the Virgin" Season 2 will continue with the love triangle story of Jane Villanueva, detective Michael Cordero Jr. (Brett Dier) and Marbella hotel owner Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni). According to People, "Jane the Virgin" cast member Gina Rodriguez confirmed that Jane will get married but she still has no idea if Jane's husband will be Michael or Rafael.

"Jane the Virgin" Season 1 started off with the Jane-Michael relationship. However, things did not work out between the couple when Jane got artificially inseminated by mistake with Rafael's sperm and she eventually fell in-love with Rafael.

"I don't know who. It could be a third person, you never know," Rodriguez teased. Back in July, "Jane the Virgin" executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman teased in an interview with TVGuide that there will be two weddings in the upcoming new season of the CW TV series.

Urman teased that the first "unexpected" wedding between the two "Jane the Virgin" characters will take place in the fifth episode of the second season. Urman further added that the second wedding will happen at some point in the new season because Jane will eventually choose between Michael and Rafael.

Meanwhile, Rodriguez further teased that the fans will be a part of Jane's journey with motherhood in "Jane the Virgin" Season 2 starting with the good and smart premiere episode. "Right away in the first episode, you have some real, honest, vulnerable things that happen to Jane that have to do with motherhood," Rodriguez shared.

Rodriguez, 31, admitted to People that she has taken comfort with the messages that the pilot season offered such as dealing with the pro-life/pro-choice discussion. Rodriguez also added that portraying Jane Villanueva has taught her how to handle certain situations in her personal life.

"Jane the Virgin" Season 2 will premiere on Monday night, Oct. 12, at 9/8c on the CW Network.
