"Dance Moms" alum Chloe Lukasiak is still over the moon from beating Maddie Ziegler in the recent Teen Choice Awards 2015. Her mom Christi was reportedly overjoyed from her daughter's win as she was spotted getting teary-eyed watching the dancer's acceptance speech.
A behind-the-scenes video during the TCAs was released on Lukasiak's YouTube channel early this week. The three-minute clip started with the 14-year-old posing with her boyfriend Ricky Garcia in the blue carpet.
When it was announced that Lukasiak won the Choice Dancer award, the video cuts to a montage of her past performances, including some scenes from the Lifetime series. The footage also showed Christi beaming with pride on her daughter's accomplishment.
At one point when the camera panned to Christi during her daughter's speech, she covers her face with her hand not wanting to see her cry. When they were in the press room to watch Lukasiak's interview, the stage mom was seen snapping away, definitely a proud mother.

Many fans were moved when they heard Lukasiak's speech about overcoming adversity. She was very vocal in saying that some people doubted that she would win the award because she was not good enough.
Multiple reports suggest that Lukasiak's speech was an indirect diss at both Abby Lee Miller and her favoritism towards Ziegler. Back when Chloe was still a part of "Dance Moms" many fans have noticed that Miller has always been biased towards Ziegler.
Although Lukasiak refused to address these rumors, she held that Ziegler has always been her "biggest rival." She also added that they have lost touch ever since she left the reality series.
