Konami came up with an alert page on the official site to keep its players updated.

Meanwhile, one feature in "Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain" enabled the players to transfer saved data from "Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes." By doing it, players gained different perks. However, due to the servers' several time outs, the gamers failed to transfer their saved data. Konami asked an apology for the downtimes.
